Summary

Requirements

  • Experience working within an internal recruitment or an agency environment
  • Confidence to utilise your initiative to solve problems and develop sourcing strategies
  • A personable approach and strong communication skills
  • The ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite and HR/Recruitment platforms
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Divisional TA Manager to coordinate recruitment: create targeted advertisements highlighted by employment branding that will source the best candidates. Build and maintain talent pools, shortlist, advise, recommend and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand current and anticipated workforce requirements
  • Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies
  • End to end recruitment - writing creative job advertisements, screening applications, advising hiring managers, interview coordination and 360 feedback
  • Source passive candidates & build talent pools
  • Ensure the delivery of a positive candidate experience
  • Report on recruitment progress and outcomes
