Summary
Join Sterlington, an international law firm, as their Talent Acquisition Lead to guide the senior TA team and drive impactful hiring strategies. You will build processes from scratch, partnering with the Head of People to shape scalable hiring strategies. Lead the creation and execution of a company-wide hiring strategy, utilizing data to drive decisions and optimize Greenhouse setup. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, consulting on role scoping and long-term hiring plans. Bring your curiosity and interest in the AI space to contribute to our growth. This is a full-time, 100% remote position.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven success managing and mentoring Senior Talent Acquisition professionals
- Comfortable working remotely and leading distributed teams effectively
- Strong experience with Greenhouse ATS - including workflows, reporting, and process optimization
- Hands-on experience building and designing talent acquisition processes from the ground up that scale with business needs
- Data-driven mindset — using metrics and insights to improve hiring strategies and team performance
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align talent acquisition plans with broader company goals
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to consult with leadership and hiring managers as a trusted advisor
- Collaborative, empathetic leader who prioritizes team growth, accountability, and a positive culture
- Curious and adaptable, with a passion for learning—especially in fast-evolving areas like AI and technology
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Senior Talent Acquisition partners – offering strategic direction, hands-on support, and the space they need to grow and deliver real impact
- Partner with our Head of People to shape and own scalable, thoughtful hiring strategies that support the company’s growth
- Take the lead on building and running a company-wide hiring strategy - future-focused, proactive, and aligned with business goals
- Use data to drive decisions – setting the right metrics, tracking what matters, and helping the team turn insights into action
- Own and optimize our Greenhouse setup - workflows, automation, reporting, and everything in between
- Be a hands-on leader - someone who’s just as comfortable setting vision as jumping into execution when needed
- Act as a trusted advisor to founders, partners, and hiring managers – consulting on everything from role scoping to long-term hiring plans
