You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, managing the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, and communicating with clients and candidates. Requirements

  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage calendar, schedule interviews, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Sourcing and pipeline experience. Regularly building candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication (Clear, concise writing for job postings, resumes, cover notes, and client/candidate interactions)
  • Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (e.g., GCAL, Gmail, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

  • Screen and pipeline candidates by reviewing 100+ resumes daily and conducting 20+ phone or virtual interviews to match client hiring needs
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and job boards with real time job status, candidate communications, and detailed sourcing activity
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates, including confirmations, calendar invites, reminders, and follow ups
  • Draft and post compelling job descriptions, based on templates or client input, ensuring accurate representation of roles
  • Communicate regularly with clients and candidates, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience from start to finish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in legal or compliance recruiting, including verifying bar admissions and professional licensing
  • Familiarity with Brightmove or similar applicant tracking systems
