Talent Acquisition Partner Senior

Summary

Join Experian as a Talent Acquisition Partner in Costa Rica and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Lead searches from sourcing to offer, utilizing innovative techniques and high-quality recruitment technology. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, proactively identifying top candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience and collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners. Actively identify and resolve challenges, implement creative solutions, and mentor team members. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting corporate matrix environment
• Experience working in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, Talent CRMs and multiple online collaboration tools
• Customer service oriented and able to build partnerships with HR and hiring managers
• Advanced English skills
