Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience with proven success in hiring quality candidates
  • Exceptional command of spoken and written English β€” must be confident, clear, and articulate in email and video settings
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Jobs, Workable, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms
  • Comfortable conducting video and telephonic interviews
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
  • A strong team player with a collaborative spirit and professional attitude
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions
  • Source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn Jobs, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct structured telephonic interviews and initial screening assessments
  • Draft and send polished, professional communication to candidates and the evaluators
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely follow-ups
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in candidate profiles
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and performance benchmarks
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Support HR initiatives and internal process improvements as needed
