You will research and identify sales opportunities, contact and qualify prospects, propose solutions, and achieve sales goals. The position is fully remote with a 100% uncapped commission structure, offering a first-year target of $75,000-$150,000+. Benefits include health, dental, optical, and life insurance, 401(k) matching, and PTO. This is a commission-based role with benefits available from day one.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote (work from home) setting
• Available for occasional travel (trade shows & networking)
• Good with technology, software, and applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails
• Coachable

Responsibilities

• Research and identify sales opportunities
• Contact and qualify prospects
• Propose recruiting solutions
• Achieve prospecting and sales goals
• Deliver an excellent prospect and client experience
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Accurately log prospecting and sales activity in CRM
• Other business development related tasks as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• CRM experience
• Prospecting and B2B sales experience
