Summary

Join Sinch as a Talent Acquisition Partner and lead full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market teams, focusing on Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, develop creative sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers on interviews, and collaborate with HRBPs and Compensation. This role requires 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a global organization, including 5+ years supporting Go-To-Market functions. You must be proficient in sourcing passive candidates and possess strong business acumen and data-savvy skills. Exceptional communication skills are essential. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a global organization
  • 5+ years of proven track record supporting Go-To-Market functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Operations)
  • Proficiency in strategically sourcing passive candidates across a diverse array of channels and platforms
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence critical hiring decisions, driving accountability and results
  • A data-savvy approach, capable of interpreting recruiting metrics and applying insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels and functions

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Hiring Excellence: Expertly managing the entire recruiting lifecycle prioritizing speed, quality, and a best-in-class candidate journey
  • Innovative Talent Attraction: Develop creative sourcing strategies for crucial GTM roles and talent market strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • Hiring Process Champion: Partner with hiring managers on effective structured interviews, mitigating bias, and enhancing candidate engagement to boost consistency and offer acceptance rates
  • Collaborative Success: Partner seamlessly with HRBPs, Compensation, and TA peers to ensure alignment of processes, leveling, and compliance across all hiring activities
