Summary

Join ShopBack's Regional Talent Acquisition Team as a key member driving talent acquisition initiatives across all markets. Collaborate with stakeholders, gain exposure to impactful projects, and directly influence ShopBack's talent density and growth. Create and maintain strategic talent mapping for potential candidates, source talent for key hires, participate in the recruitment lifecycle, drive the interview process, and support onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and leadership on talent acquisition efforts, implement employer branding initiatives, and support process optimization projects. This role requires 4-6 years of talent acquisition experience, excellent English communication skills, multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, teamwork, experience with AI tools and Google Suite, and experience in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • 4 - 6 years of talent acquisition experience; open to both in-house and recruitment agency background
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills to communicate effectively to candidates and stakeholders across markets globally
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work under demanding deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks and solving problems
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience using AI tools, Google Suite, ATS Systems and interview platforms to drive process efficiency
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment providing regional support

Responsibilities

  • Create, build and maintain strategic talent-mapping, for potential passive candidates to fill current and prospective roles
  • Sourcing and generating talent pool for key hires in across markets as part of our expansion plans
  • Participate in the recruitment lifecycle, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal candidates
  • Drive end-to-end interview process and effectiveness
  • Support onboarding onsite
  • Be a strong business partner to hiring managers and leadership team on driving talent acquisition efforts
  • Driving and implementing employer branding initiatives
  • Supporting projects that drive process optimisation at group level
