Summary
Join StackAdapt as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support Commercial hiring, playing a critical role in identifying and hiring top talent. You will partner with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience while managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing high-caliber candidates, analyzing hiring process data to improve efficiency, and advocating for diversity and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools, excellent communication skills, and data-driven decision-making abilities. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth company or agency
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
- Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A people-oriented professional who is approachable, empathetic, and customer-service driven
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to offer acceptance
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through direct outreach, applicant pools, and referrals
- Analyze data from ATS and resumes to identify challenges in the hiring process, and find creative solutions to improve efficiency and throughput of the hiring process
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, promoting a fair and unbiased evaluation of all candidates
