Summary
Join MedHealth Group as a Talent Acquisition Campaign Specialist and lead recruitment campaigns for multiple Allied Health brands. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop and manage campaigns, source talent, and build talent communities. This newly created role involves partnering with leadership, designing engaging content, and utilizing various sourcing tools. You will also create project plans, manage hiring processes, coach TA advisors, and provide reports on campaign ROI. The ideal candidate possesses experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and campaign management, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements

- Experience with international and early careers campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Talent Acquisition Advisors and hiring managers
- Knowledge of EVP development and employer brand strategies
- A continuous improvement mindset for talent community and campaign performance
- A passion for candidate experience and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Proven success in creating and managing strategic sourcing channels for various role types, with a focus on critical, high-frequency, and hard-to-fill positions
- Knowledge of project management principles
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership, talent acquisition advisors, business discipline leads and business leaders to understand current and future allied health talent needs
- Design, build and maintain a qualified pool of identified and engaged local and international talent through the strategic talent campaigns and ownership of allied health talent communities together with early careers, indigenous and veterans communities
- Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to produce ongoing, innovative and engaging talent branding content
- Source and engage talent through available and innovative sourcing tools such as the organisational ATS, LinkedIN, Seek, Referrals, Social platforms and Industry forums
- Identify, design and lead project plans for annual events targeted to key campaign focus areas
- Create and deliver talent attraction, selection and hiring processes through the modification of systems and tools designed for the targeted campaign disciplines
- Support the talent acquisition leadership team with coaching TA Advisors on attraction strategies and how to connect roles to talent communities
- Create monthly report on return of investment for campaigns under management
- Provide metrics and insights into market and talent trends
- End to end hands on direct hiring of allied health talent during peak periods
