Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, including internships or related roles
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate candidate interviews, including phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
• Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Support candidate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Generate and maintain recruitment metrics and reports
• Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition activities
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment software
