Summary
Join Two Chairs' Clinical Talent Acquisition team as a detail-oriented, proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator! This full-time, temporary position (until November 28th, with potential for extension) will have you managing critical processes across hiring and onboarding workflows. You will maintain accurate ATS information, monitor and complete support tickets, review applications, collaborate with recruiters on candidate experience, support the employee referral program, oversee candidate documentation and compliance, partner with other teams for seamless transitions, assist with job postings, maintain SOPs, and communicate professionally. The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of relevant experience (healthcare/clinical a plus), strong organizational skills, proficiency with ATS and Google Workspace, and excellent communication. Compensation is $65,705-$77,300 annually.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support (healthcare or clinical setting a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Jira (or similar ticketing systems)
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our applicant tracking system (ATS); ensure all candidate records are current and compliant
- Monitor, triage, and complete talent acquisition support tickets in a timely manner
- Review inbound applications, escalating qualified candidates to the appropriate recruiters or hiring managers
- Work closely with Recruiters to craft and deliver an amazing standard for candidate experience, including interview scheduling, engaging email templates, etc
- Support and maintain the company-wide employee referral program
- Oversee candidate documentation and compliance processes
- Partner with the people, onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure a seamless transition from hire to start date
- Assist in setting up job requisitions and postings across relevant platforms
- Keep talent acquisition SOPs, process guides, and documentation current and organized
- Communicate professionally, tactfully, and kindly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Support the TA Operations on special projects as needed
