Summary

Join Halcyon, a leading cybersecurity company, as their Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. You will build and optimize recruiting workflows, manage applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), and develop recruiting analytics dashboards. This role requires expertise in ATS platforms, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in talent operations or HR systems administration, preferably in a startup environment. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in talent operations or HR systems administration, preferably in a startup or hypergrowth environment
  • Expertise in managing ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and related tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker/Tableau, driven by data and metrics
  • Experience with process automation and operational efficiency
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Process Design & Optimization: Build and maintain efficient, scalable recruiting workflows, from requisition to onboarding
  • ATS & Tech Stack Ownership: Manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), scheduling tools, and integrations with HRIS, and background check systems
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to track key recruiting KPIs, continuing to improve and advise our efforts as we grow
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure hiring practices comply with relevant regulations and cybersecurity industry standards
  • Recruiting Enablement: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure seamless interview coordination, feedback loops, and candidate experiences
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party recruiting tools, job boards, and external agencies

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical hiring environments is a strong plus
