Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency
  • Strong track record of filling a wide variety of roles, with a focus on IT and digital marketing positions
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for mid-to-senior level roles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, advising them on hiring best practices, market trends, and interview strategies
  • Proactively source passive candidates using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.)
  • Create and manage job postings and coordinate employer branding efforts to attract diverse and high-caliber talent
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve performance and report regularly on hiring progress
  • Lead or support talent acquisition projects (e.g. employer branding campaigns, ATS optimization)
  • Partner with HR team members to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with workforce planning goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and legal requirements
