Summary

Join Euromonitor International's Bengaluru team as a Talent Acquisition Executive for a 12-month temp-to-perm contract. Support the recruitment needs for permanent positions across Technology, Research, and Business Services. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers. A proactive approach and strong technical ability are crucial. Requirements

• Strong technical ability to recruit across multiple sectors, with a preference for technology
• Extensive experience in managing a busy recruitment desk, whether internal or agency
• Flexibility to work on both evergreen and brand-new roles
• Extensive use of an ATS system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to take ownership and responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize a heavy workload
• Ability to build networks internally and externally
• Ability to work well in a supportive, collaborative team environment as well as independently
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
• IT literate, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in all social media, especially LinkedIn
