Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with preferred experience of managing a team
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
  • Demonstrated experience in managing an ATS, recruitment tools, and related technologies
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
  • Identify and implement best practices for recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other relevant organizations to support talent acquisition efforts
  • Partner with HR and departmental leaders to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and candidate requirements
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant and candidate experience feedback
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment and selection best practices
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis
