Summary

Join our team for a 3 month internship where you'll assist in recruitment coordination, complete special projects, and utilize various HR platforms. You'll work closely with the HR & Recruitment team to support their goals.

Requirements

  • Completion of a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
  • Ability to work 40hrs per week during the internship term
  • Strong business insight and continuous improvement skills
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Ect.)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in recruitment coordination – resume reviews, sourcing, interview scheduling, offer creation, onboarding
  • Completing special projects as necessary and capable and having the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
  • Tackling any problems that arise in a creative, organized, and productive manner
  • Utilize Lever our applicant tracking system (ATS) for talent acquisition needs & paylocity our onboarding / payroll platform for any HR needs
  • Assist with onboarding process including new hire orientation and documentation
  • Assist with ATS maintenance and reporting
