Summary
Join our team for a 3 month internship where you'll assist in recruitment coordination, complete special projects, and utilize various HR platforms. You'll work closely with the HR & Recruitment team to support their goals.
Requirements
- Completion of a Bachelorβs degree program in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
- Ability to work 40hrs per week during the internship term
- Strong business insight and continuous improvement skills
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Ect.)
Responsibilities
- Assisting in recruitment coordination β resume reviews, sourcing, interview scheduling, offer creation, onboarding
- Completing special projects as necessary and capable and having the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
- Tackling any problems that arise in a creative, organized, and productive manner
- Utilize Lever our applicant tracking system (ATS) for talent acquisition needs & paylocity our onboarding / payroll platform for any HR needs
- Assist with onboarding process including new hire orientation and documentation
- Assist with ATS maintenance and reporting
