Summary
Join Miaplaza, a rapidly growing online learning platform, as a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist! You will skillfully assess and interview candidates, maintain engaging communication, manage schedules, and provide administrative support to the People Team. This fully remote role requires at least two years of recruiting non-exempt employees and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting non-exempt employees
- Access to a quiet space to work
- Access to a computer/laptop (camera required) with a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Tech-savvy with an aptitude to learn new technologies and processes quickly
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Skillfully assess, screen, and interview an often high volume of incoming applications, identifying promising candidates who align with our culture and requirements
- Maintain engaging communication with candidates throughout their journey, from initial outreach to offer discussions, including alternative assessment requests
- Work independently to screen candidates, manage interviewing schedules, and move candidates through the pipeline efficiently
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Team in a variety of administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- A proven track record handling hiring initiatives, skillfully sourcing, evaluating, and prioritizing candidates to meet hiring needs
- A natural talent for building rapport during interviews, with the flexibility to adapt their approach for different roles and personalities
- Outstanding communication abilities, crafting everything from compelling job descriptions to thoughtful candidate correspondence, with excellent interpersonal skills
- A mindset that embraces growth, values constructive feedback, and proactively applies insights to enhance their performance and development
