Summary

Join our Human Resources and Culture (HRC) team as a Talent Acquisition Intern for a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and the HRC team, supporting various aspects of the recruitment lifecycleβ€”from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and team members

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels
  • Screening resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates
  • Coordination and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring leaders
  • Preparing engaging job descriptions and job postings
  • Maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition
  • Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
  • Conducting market research to identify talent trends and best practices
  • Creating eye-catching recruitment marketing materials
  • Participating in team meetings, and offering input on recruitment initiatives
  • Preparing recruitment reports and metrics to assess performance
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborating with other HR team members on various projects
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Supporting the development of employer branding initiatives
  • Actively promoting diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment
  • Performing other duties as assigned
