Responsibilities

• Drive full cycle recruitment process for operational roles, across different teams
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
• Drive the recruitment process from start to finish in close collaboration with key stakeholders
• Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
• Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
• Be part of driving employer branding, culture creation and development, and other strategic HR projects, together with the HR team and internal departments
