Join us at Funding Societies | Modalku as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where you will play a vital role in supporting our team in various HR and administrative tasks. This position offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, human resources, office management, and other related functions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or Final Year in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
• Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Passionate about People Experience and eager to learn about recruitment and employer branding
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
• Able to do full time 3 months internship

Responsibilities

• To assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• To help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate information and tracking progress
• To assist in background screening with the vendor, credit checks and preparation of employment contracts
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute employer branding initiatives that highlight our company culture and values
• Develop and share engaging content on social media, career websites, and other channels to showcase our workplace and employee experiences
