Talent Acquisition Intern

Summary

Join Eurofins Scientific as an HR intern and kickstart your career in a multicultural environment. This 12-month paid internship offers 40 hours per week with a remote working model and occasional visits to Katowice. You will collaborate with the IT EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, support talent acquisition specialists, source and screen candidates, manage candidate pipelines, and provide administrative support. The role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment initiatives and contributing to process improvements. Training will be provided, and previous internship experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Education background ideally with a foundation of HR knowledge (Psychology, business administration, Pedagogy or related field)
• Language: English level B2– C1, both written and spoken. Able to use English for daily communication with colleagues and managers from abroad
• Technical skills : High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to support recruitment efforts for various IT roles
• Support Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers during Intake Meetings, interfacing with Department Leaders to gather requirements and job specifications
• Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment data and records
• Work and collaborate with different stakeholders such as HR Local teams, HRBP, and employer branding teams to ensure alignment and support for recruitment initiatives
• Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling interviews and managing communication with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship experience in HR and or Talent Acquisition is a plus but not required
