Summary
Join Xplor's global talent acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and developing diverse talent pipelines. This standalone role requires strategic thinking, deep understanding of regional talent markets, and proficiency in direct sourcing and Boolean search. You will contribute to talent planning initiatives and improve talent attraction and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate possesses extensive recruiting experience in SaaS and technology, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high communication standards. The position offers flexible work arrangements and access to modern TA technology.
Requirements
- Possess broad recruiting experience in SaaS and technology businesses
- Understand regional recruiting challenges in ANZ
- Have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders remotely
- Have experience recruiting for operations, sales, or senior leadership roles
- Understand different hiring approaches for various seniority levels
- Be fluent in direct sourcing, Boolean/X-ray search and writing compelling outreach
- Understand that applicants can also be our (future) customers
- Be comfortable working across different countries and time zones
- Have experience with modern recruitment technology and AI
- Be able to learn and adapt quickly
- Be excited about AI's potential in recruitment
- Spot trends in recruitment metrics and share valuable insights with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Be self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently while staying connected to a global team
- Manage your own priorities while maintaining high standards and consistent communication
Responsibilities
- Serve as the recruitment specialist for the Asia-Pacific region
- Independently fill critical roles across Global Operations, Sales, Technology, Product and senior leadership positions
- Own the entire recruitment process from beginning to end
- Build a reputation as the go-to talent advisor for APAC hiring managers
- Consistently deliver quality hires while keeping both candidates and hiring managers happy
- Build robust, diverse talent pipelines
- Find candidates that others miss
- Provide strategic input on talent planning
- Build talent communities for future hiring needs
- Leverage a deep understanding of regional salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor activities to inform business and hiring decisions
- Drive TA projects forward
- Improve how we attract and engage talent, both internally and externally
