Summary

Join AlphaSense's growing Talent Acquisition team as a high-impact recruiter. This full-cycle recruiting role focuses on Sales and Marketing teams, with flexibility to support other functions. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Success requires B2B SaaS recruiting expertise, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn. Requirements

• Be a highly motivated, accomplished recruiter with an appetite for fast-paced environments
• Possess a great deal of knowledge about talent in the B2B SaaS space
• Understand the competencies and skills necessary to succeed and know how to properly vet candidates to uncover those competencies
• Be passionate about our business and able to convey our value proposition in a compelling manner to prospective candidates
• Be organized and methodical
• Be a true team player with a collaborative mindset
• Be savvy with, and comfortable using an ATS (Greenhouse) as well as LinkedIn and other sourcing methods

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on Sales roles (Sales Leadership, Enterprise Account Executives, Customer Success, RevOps, and Enablement)
• Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads from kick-off to close on each search; ensuring flawless process execution
• Establish and build a high level of trust and rapport with hiring teams and stakeholders across the business
• Learn how each department within AlphaSense functions, and cater your recruiting style to suit each hiring manager and area of the business
• Conceptualize and execute applicant sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and various other platforms to engage with passive talent
• Provide a thoughtful, personal, and seamless candidate experience
• Be an ambassador for AlphaSense, helping to grow our employer brand through various events and partnerships
