Summary
Join Toast as a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner and contribute to our delivery teams. As an experienced recruiter, you will focus on high-volume GTM Sales, Executive Leadership, or R&D Technical recruiting. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and business needs. Your responsibilities include attracting, recruiting, and engaging top talent, exercising sound judgment in the recruitment process, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. You will leverage data and metrics to drive efficient searches and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelorโs degree, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in bespoke recruiting, successfully partnering with hiring managers to fill niche and specialized roles across various Sales, Leadership, and/or R&D functions
- Proficiency in leveraging recruitment data and metrics to impact hiring decisions
Responsibilities
- Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and changing business needs
- Attract, recruit, and engage top talent for Toastโs Sales, Leadership, and/or R&D technical functions
- Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in all aspects of the recruitment process, balancing the needs of the business with candidate experience
- Skillfully navigate complex and ambiguous hiring scenarios, effectively partnering with hiring managers to clarify requirements, align expectations, and drive decision-making
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular recruiting syncs, effective communication, and subject matter expertise
- Help deliver on key business needs by providing creative solutions and adapt recruitment strategies to address market conditions
- Deliver diverse pipelines and support inclusive recruitment processes by educating hiring managers and the business on inclusive hiring practices
- Leverage data and key recruitment metrics to drive an efficient, equitable, and impactful search that ensures the right talent is matched with the right opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience throughout the recruitment process
- Share ideas, updates, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
