Requirements
- Experience working in a Talent Acquisition role, managing end-to-end recruitment
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple priorities and roles simultaneously
- Resilience and adaptability are essential to succeed in this dynamic setting
- Fluent in both English and Filipino, with the confidence to communicate effectively in both languages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across all levels
- A highly motivated individual with a passion for making an impact and contributing to the long-term talent strategy of the business
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process across a range of positions within our Group Services area (e.g., Marketing, HR, Finance, Technology, Sales) including taking job briefs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Partner with hiring leaders/stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business / talent requirements, and consult with them on attraction, selection and hiring of talent
- Collaborate closely with the wider People and Culture team to manage onboarding processes up to day one, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Build, manage and maintain talent pools of passive and active talent that accelerate hiring efforts to meet business objectives
- Be a brand ambassador for Lendi Group and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, including being able to effectively share the Lendi Group story, purpose, values, and culture
- Use data, insights, and market intelligence to provide thought leadership, inform sourcing strategies and drive continuous improvement
- Support in the design and execution of recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an international organization or multicultural environment is highly desirable
