Summary
Join Medely, a high-growth technology startup, as a Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our technical and business teams. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from attracting talent and positioning Medely as an attractive employer to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. The role requires a strong understanding of diverse roles and the ability to tailor recruiting strategies. You will conduct position briefings, assess job posting performance, review applications, source candidates, conduct screening calls, and maintain KPIs. Requirements
- At least 3+ years of previous recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS startup environment
- Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of hiring timeline, pass-through rates, and offer acceptance rate
- Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and closing candidates
- High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment
- Ability to balance competing priorities while keeping constant sight of overall objectives
Responsibilities
- Conduct position briefings with stakeholders and hiring managers across both technical business roles and translate them into appealing and precise job postings
- Assess job posting performance and manage job campaigns from ad placement, evaluation, and analysis
- Review incoming applications and actively source passive candidates
- Conduct initial screening calls to gather all relevant information, then evaluate and qualify potential candidates for the next steps in the recruitment process
- Maintain KPIs while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement across departmental processes and standards
