Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Recruiter, with a strong focus on IT and Engineering roles
- A self-driven, solution oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership for your work
- Passionate about continuous improvement and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including sourcing, tracking, and reporting functionalities
- In-depth knowledge of local and European talent markets, along with current recruitment trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and collaborate with internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple roles simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, for both technical and non-technical roles across LastPass
- Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to set expectations, guide the recruitment process, and align hiring strategies with business goals
- Leverage a diverse range of sourcing channels - both traditional and innovative - to attract and engage top talent in the market
- Develop and implement creative strategies to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, helping to meet current and future hiring needs
- Stay informed on local talent market trends, industry developments, and the competitive landscape to position LastPass as an employer of choice
- Use data and analytics to continuously refine and improve recruitment processes, driving efficiency and enhancing the candidate experience
- Advocate for and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure fair and inclusive hiring practices
- Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and a respectful, engaging recruitment journey
