Join Gelato, a leading Rollup as a Service Platform, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our team. You will be responsible for analyzing open vacancies, reviewing applications, sourcing high-quality candidates, managing the entire candidate process, and coordinating interviews. This role requires 3 years of recruitment experience, including experience filling technical roles, and a strong understanding of sourcing techniques. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and possess a collaborative spirit. Requirements

• Experience recruiting within Web3
• 3 years experience in a recruitment role
• Experience filling technical roles
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Solid work-ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment

Responsibilities

• Analysing open vacancies and understanding key assessment criteria
• Reviewing and filtering applications
• Sourcing high quality candidates
• Managing candidates through the process (end-to-end)
• Organising interviews and processes
• All the above with a sprinkle of HR
