Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting (3+ years) in a fast-paced environment
• Perfect fluency in English and French
• Strong personal interest in the blockchain space
• Curiosity and ability to dig into a topic and follow through (the blockchain space can turn into a rabbit hole!)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role and the ideal candidate profile
• Craft engaging outreach messages that align with our company's brand and values to attract high-quality candidates
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify candidates for tech, support, and sales roles within the blockchain industry
• Manage and track candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) to ensure a smooth sourcing process
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Stay up to date with innovative sourcing techniques to be competitive

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience in the crypto or blockchain industry
• Professional experience in GTM roles (customer support, account executives, technical sales)
• Fast-growing startup experience, ideally in tech
• Track record of sourcing high-caliber professionals in niche technology sectors
