Requirements

  • Previous experience as a recruiter in a results driven and fast paced environment
  • Ability to work on multiple roles at a time while fostering effective communication with stakeholders to drive results
  • Experience in taking ownership of processes and improving them - we are enthusiastic about continuous enhancements
  • Passionate about creating a great candidate experience and providing an outstanding onboarding process
  • Ability to be available across time zones on an ad hoc basis where required to support hiring in other regions
  • Aptitude for working with technology- we use Workable, BambooHR, Google suite, slack with some more in pipeline

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders and hiring teams to support end-to-end hiring for their teams through proactive sourcing and other channels
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future projects, actively utilizing numerous channels to enhance the diversity of applicant pools
  • Enhance Pepperstone as a leading Fintech brand by actively participating in both offline and online forums
  • Provide valuable insights and guidance to hiring managers on best practices of hiring with diversity and inclusivity in mind
  • Ensure our candidate experience is professional, kind, and efficient at all times, leaving a positive impression on potential candidates, regardless of the hiring outcome
  • Ensure the recruitment strategy remains competitive and aligned with industry standards by staying informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with P&C advisors and partners to ensure a seamless and excellent onboarding experience for our future Pepperstonians

Preferred Qualifications

Any experience with IT hiring will be a plus
