Responsibilities

• Support New Employees: Coordinate training process, answer questions and provide support to new employees in Chat and Zoom
• Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions, analyze mistakes, and track progress
• Report on Progress: Monitor and report on how well employees are doing with their training
• Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and providing feedback
• Keep Learning Materials Fresh: Make sure our training content (like courses, tests, and articles) is always up-to-date and relevant
