Summary
Join Western Digital's Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team as a highly organized Talent Acquisition Technology Support Specialist. Requirements
- Must have applicant tracking system (ATS) admin experience
- Strong understanding of administrative operations in Staffing/HR
- Must be very detail-oriented and have a strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in ethical manner, present a credible image and accept and follow direction
- Strong experience drafting business correspondence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret company policies and guidelines
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, candidates, vendors, contractors, and management in a professional manner
- Aware that governmental employment laws and regulations exist which govern work hours, working conditions, wages, benefits, record keeping, hiring, promotion and termination practices
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day system admin support for SmartRecruiters, our applicant tracking system
- Assist with conducting system testing
- Assist with resolution of system issues
- Facilitate training and system demos
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
- Participate on project teams as assigned
- Ideate on creative solutions for challenges and identify improvement opportunities, both regionally and globally
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or closely related field preferred
- 2-3 yrs. related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition systems support function
