Talent and Development Program Manager

Summary

The job is for a Talent Development Program Manager at Eventbrite's Briteling Experience team. The role involves driving global performance development and implementing regional APAC talent development programs. The candidate should have experience building scalable talent development programs in fast-paced, scaling/changing, global companies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building scalable talent development programs, ideally in fast-paced, scaling/changing, global companies
• 1+ years of experience building performance development processes

Responsibilities

• Drive global performance development, establishing yourself as the trusted partner for leaders at all levels and cross-functional partners
• Manage the operating rhythm and standards of cyclical programs such as performance check-ins, goal-setting, feedback, talent reviews, promotion processes, calibration and comp cycles
• Implement global talent development initiatives regionally, adjusting approach as needed while maintaining an equity of experience globally
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global leaders, key partners, and with the wider Briteling Experience team to successfully design, strengthen, and implement effective solutions
• Coordinate regional company (non-functional) onboarding in alignment with global onboarding strategy
• Establish and measure regional program effectiveness, and optimize our use of existing technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing and partnering with every level of the organization to achieve results
• Experience managing external vendors
• Familiarity with Workday, Articulate Rise, WorkRamp
• Experience in a global tech organization
• Active Eventbrite user with a passion for live events
