Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related HR role
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Exceptional organizational skills and reliability
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate utmost confidentiality and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of employee performance programs
  • Administer and manage employee assessments and performance cycles
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators related to employee performance
  • Conduct follow-up interviews and focus groups when needed
  • Participate in the Employee Recognition program
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize talent management tools, processes, and reporting
  • Facilitate training and support for managers and employees regarding the use of talent management platforms and the interpretation of performance data
