Requirements
- 3+ years experience in talent development, HR, L&D, Communications or a similar role
- Strong communicator, organizer, and collaborator with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and meet goals
- Comfortable working across teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Skilled in gathering and analyzing data that drive insights and action
- Takes initiative and brings creative, inclusive ideas forward
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and coordination of learning programs such as onboarding, recognition initiatives, Values Champions, and engagement campaigns
- Own logistics and program components such as scheduling, content preparation, invitations, and follow-ups
- Ensure materials are timely, polished, and aligned with Turnitin’s tone, values, and brand
- Draft and format internal communications related to learning, culture campaigns, and employee events
- Help bring Turnitin’s values and employee value proposition (EVP) to life through stories, recognition spotlights, and inclusive messaging across internal platforms (Slack, Happeo, newsletters, etc.)
- Help maintain templates, visuals, and messaging in collaboration with Comms and the People Team
- Track program participation and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain content trackers, resource libraries, and metrics dashboards in partnership with the team
- Collaborate with Culture Leaders and Communications to support event planning and message alignment
- Ensure coordination across time zones and functions, reflecting our remote-first, globally inclusive approach to employee experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a global or remote work environment is a plus
