Summary

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in talent development, HR, L&D, Communications or a similar role
  • Strong communicator, organizer, and collaborator with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and meet goals
  • Comfortable working across teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled in gathering and analyzing data that drive insights and action
  • Takes initiative and brings creative, inclusive ideas forward
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and coordination of learning programs such as onboarding, recognition initiatives, Values Champions, and engagement campaigns
  • Own logistics and program components such as scheduling, content preparation, invitations, and follow-ups
  • Ensure materials are timely, polished, and aligned with Turnitin’s tone, values, and brand
  • Draft and format internal communications related to learning, culture campaigns, and employee events
  • Help bring Turnitin’s values and employee value proposition (EVP) to life through stories, recognition spotlights, and inclusive messaging across internal platforms (Slack, Happeo, newsletters, etc.)
  • Help maintain templates, visuals, and messaging in collaboration with Comms and the People Team
  • Track program participation and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain content trackers, resource libraries, and metrics dashboards in partnership with the team
  • Collaborate with Culture Leaders and Communications to support event planning and message alignment
  • Ensure coordination across time zones and functions, reflecting our remote-first, globally inclusive approach to employee experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a global or remote work environment is a plus
