Requirements

  • Degree in Commercial Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
  • Interest in the Talent Development area, Training and/or Human Resources
  • Passion for Xepelin, our mission, and purpose
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability to complete a professional internship for at least 3 months, ideally 6 months
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace, Office tools, and Excel
  • Availability for hybrid work

Responsibilities

  • Work fluidly with internal clients from different areas to implement training programs according to the main needs of talent management, including leadership and technical skills training
  • Provide support in coordination and organization during the implementation, working closely with various company teams such as Revenue, Engineering, and Product
  • Assist in the design and preparation of materials for internal trainings and meetings with company leaders
  • Help coordinate events and logistics related to in-person, virtual, or hybrid trainings, including coordination with external providers
  • Maintain clear communication with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality training, impactful results, and a positive employee experience
  • Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to efficiently develop and implement initiatives and track progress
  • Monitor metrics that measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives in various areas

  • Immediate availability
  • Previous internship experience
  • Proactiveness to present innovative ideas and proposals related to talent development
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team, and with multiple tasks at once
