Summary

The job description is for a Talent Enablement Director role in Jooble Aggregation, a top IT company in Ukraine. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership HR role and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership HR role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR field
  • Ability to work in situations of uncertainty, make decisions with limited information, experiment, and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Experience with cultural transformations in organizations
  • Mediation skills and a mature approach in work and communication
  • Adult-adult approach in work and communication
  • Flexibility in choosing methods and frameworks depending on the situation, and the ability to combine and change them
  • Balance between confidence in one's expertise and openness to others, and building relationships with stakeholders from various fields
  • Faith in people, their potential, and the ability to delegate and trust the team
  • Fluency in English at least at an Intermediate level

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with top management to set company goals and transform them into a strategy for working with employees at all levels and professions
  • Develop managers at various levels to increase their ability to build teams, improve the product, and handle existing challenges
  • Ensure approximately equal Employee Experience for all employees
  • Systematize and improve people processes according to the needs of the company
  • Update Employer Branding, including the general image of the company and its recognition in the technical community in Ukraine
  • Communicate changes to employees in a timely, honest, and open manner
  • Build development tracks within the company
  • Handle complex human resource situations
  • Collaborate with other Jooble General teams on administrative matters related to employees
  • Represent the company as an HR expert on external platforms
