Talent Management Partner

Summary

Join Form3 as a Talent Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support performance management across the organization, working in a hybrid capacity with experienced Talent Leads.

Requirements

• Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with experience in multiple business areas (tech / non-tech)
• Proven experience in building and improving employee performance management frameworks; annual/bi-annual appraisal processes, goal setting, etc
• Worked in a high performing and collaborative Talent Management team
• Excellent project management skills, including communication, planning, organisation and execution
• Proficient with HR/Talent/Performance systems (any or all of Greenhouse, SageHR & Quantive would be a plus!)
• Worked within a technology company, ideally SaaS and/or Fintech

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical and non-technical roles
• Support performance management across the organization, including performance reviews, goal setting process, feedback and development programs
