Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience with data analysis, statistics, or reporting
  • Interest in technology systems, applications, or databases
  • Interest in learning and development

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with trainers and business stakeholders to understand business objectives and learning priorities
  • Create comprehensive and targeted learning materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and multimedia content
  • Incorporate adult learning theories and interactive elements to enhance the learning experience
  • Ensure consistency and a positive user experience across various learning modules and programs
  • Partner with external vendors to understand system capabilities and configuration options, future platform release details and schedules, and troubleshoot where necessary
  • Run weekly system configuration and troubleshooting calls with external vendors
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather information, feedback, and insights aimed at continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of learning content to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and communicate insights and conclusions
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources and systems (Learning Management System, Performance System, HR Information System)
  • Assist with statistical analysis of learning and performance data
  • Configure and automate reporting needs across the organization
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content
  • Develop and execute project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Design training materials to assist in process understanding and execution
  • Utilize instructional design principles to ensure content is engaging, relevant, and meets the needs of diverse learners
  • Alongside the trainers, support the facilitation of training sessions when necessary, demonstrating a deep understanding of the content and its practical application
