You will be responsible for implementing tooling, managing stakeholders, building metrics and dashboards, and creatively solving problems to streamline hiring. This high-impact role requires strong project management, organizational skills, and experience with data, metrics dashboards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Responsibilities

  • Lead and improve our self-serve hiring processes - working directly with hiring managers, guiding them through our tools, and ensuring workflows are efficient and consistent
  • Become an expert in the workflows of recruiting: interview scheduling, coordination, stakeholder management, etc, and be responsible for taking them to the next level
  • Be the go-to expert in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby), using it to streamline operations and improve how we track and use hiring data
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience: support recruiters in scheduling and recruiter coordination
  • Build and maintain insightful reports to surface bottlenecks and highlight opportunities to optimize our hiring funnel
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for recruitment, interviewing, and talent assessment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aptitude for quickly onboarding and mastering software in our Talent tech stack. Past experience with data, building metrics dashboards, and working with Ashby is a plus
  • Solid operational experience - bonus points if you’ve worked in a Talent Ops role before
