Join Contentsquare as the Manager of Talent Operations, leading global recruitment programs, processes, tools, and systems. You will manage a small team, develop annual roadmaps, contribute to the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy, and advocate for new initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing TA systems (Lever, Workday, etc.), managing vendor relationships, driving operational excellence, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with the TA team on recruitment programs. You will also develop and implement TA policies, build stakeholder relationships, and provide support to recruiters. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition and requires strong project management skills and experience with talent systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment or HR project management experience ideally in a complex global environment; experience collaborating across multiple countries is preferred
- 1+ years of people management experience
- A strong track record of successful project execution in a fast-paced environment and strong project management skills, with the ability to independently own multiple projects at once, prioritize and delegate effectively
- Consistent track record for identifying and launching process improvements
- Passion for talent systems and tools, as well as previous experience implementing new systems
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and to effectively influence others and manage conflict
- Previous experience managing third-party vendors and using strong negotiation skills
- Handles spontaneous change and new scenarios well, able to tackle challenges with grace, thoughtfulness, and authority
- Extensive knowledge of, and experience with Lever; familiarity with an HRIS (ideally Workday)
- Advanced Google Workspace skills, especially Google Slides to build presentation decks, as well as expertise in MS Office Excel to analyze, cleanse, and otherwise manage data (ie, functions, formulas, and pivot tables)
- Knowledge and effective usage of project and knowledge management methodologies, processes, and software/tools (e.g., monday.com , Smartsheets, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of operational experts(s); removing day-to-day blockers, assessing performance, and managing individual growth
- Develop the annual roadmap for the Talent Operations Center of Excellence
- Contribute to the creation of the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Advocate for new initiatives using research, data, and business metrics to derive insights and shape recommendations
- Oversee all TA systems and tools (Lever, Workday, HireRight, Monte Carlo, etc.). Implement new solutions as needed, optimize existing systems, and drive adoption
- Own vendor management, procurement, and communication
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance recruiting operations, streamline processes, and ensure cost-effective, scalable recruitment solutions. Identify inefficiencies and develop creative solutions with the team
- Ensure data accuracy, track key hiring metrics, analyze trends, and report on recruitment program success to leadership
- Provide oversight for data integrity and develop insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the TA team to enhance recruitment programs, including employee referrals, events, inclusive hiring, and employer branding. Partner with Marketing, Employee Engagement, and DEI to strengthen Contentsquare’s employer brand and outreach
- Develop, implement, document, and enforce TA and People policies, ensuring adherence to best practices. Oversee the background check program, processes, and vendor engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment with business needs
- Provide ongoing support for recruiters and hiring teams to optimize the candidate experience
- Collaborate with the broader People team on special projects, as needed
