Join Cleo, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Senior Talent Partner to lead the recruitment efforts for General & Administrative (G&A) functions. You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top-tier talent, designing interview processes, championing diversity and inclusion, and staying ahead of recruitment trends. This role requires extensive sourcing experience, end-to-end recruitment process expertise, and a deep understanding of the G&A talent landscape. You will also be involved in executive search efforts for leadership roles within G&A functions. Requirements
- Extensive sourcing experience , with a proven ability to directly engage top-tier talent in highly competitive markets
- Experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes , ideally for Operations, Customer Success, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and People roles
- At least one year of experience working internally for fast-growing, tech-driven companies —a blend of agency and in-house (or RPO/onsite) experience is ideal
- A deep understanding of the G&A talent landscape , including the unique skills and attributes that make great hires in these functions
- Executive search experience , with the ability to engage and secure senior leadership talent
- A candidate-centric mindset that prioritises delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
- Strong stakeholder management skills , with the ability to listen, iterate quickly, and build trust-based relationships
- Comfort with context-switching , as you’ll be recruiting for roles across different business functions with varying specialisations and skillsets
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach , demonstrating creativity and determination in solving hiring challenges for G&A talent
- A data-driven mindset , using metrics and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and decisions
Responsibilities
- Proactively sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates through direct sourcing, building robust referral networks, and fostering deep candidate pipelines. We hire 99% of our roles directly
- Leading executive search efforts for leadership roles within G&A functions , ensuring we attract top-tier leadership talent
- Designing and implementing best-in-class interview processes , leveraging data to assess quality of hire, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by integrating inclusive hiring practices into every stage of the recruitment process, from outreach messaging to building diverse talent pipelines
- Staying ahead of recruitment trends and tools , using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and innovative sourcing techniques (e.g., x-ray searching, community engagement, and events) to enhance recruitment outcomes
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand the needs of G&A teams and provide strategic guidance on hiring
Preferred Qualifications
TA toolkit: Experience with Greenhouse, Metaview, Otta, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and G-Suite is a plus. If you’ve worked with other advanced sourcing tools, that’s a big plus too!
