Talent Partner

Summary

Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as a Contract Talent Partner. You will lead candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process, advise hiring managers, collaborate on sourcing talent, and act as a company evangelist. Data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration are key. You will also stay updated on job market trends. This is a 6-month contract opportunity focused on candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ recruiting experience in a full-cycle capacity
• ATS Experience – Greenhouse strongly preferred, but not required
• A consistent track record of hitting/exceeding goals or metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• The ability to source and network passive candidates who aren’t familiar with Wiz
• An “advisory” approach – an active listener who puts the customer first but isn’t afraid to be the subject matter expert when necessary
• A high level of integrity. Always choosing the “right” option versus the “easy” option

Responsibilities

• Lead candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers through a seamless, world-class recruitment process
• Serve as a trusted advisor to your hiring managers, guiding them on the interview process, candidate experience, how to provide proper feedback, and more
• Collaborate with hiring teams on sourcing and engaging passive talent
• Serve as a Wiz evangelist, introducing candidates to our company and brand
• Use data to inform your recruitment process and candidate experience strategy
• Work cross-functionally with Recruiting Operations, HRBPs, Total Rewards, Finance, and more
• Keep a pulse on trends in the job market and how they can inform your searches

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working for a cloud security or SaaS company
• Previous experience working for a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup company
