Join SmartAsset's growing talent acquisition team as a GTM Talent Partner, focusing on identifying and hiring top revenue talent in fintech. You will collaborate with hiring managers and the Senior Talent Partner to scale the GTM organization. Responsibilities include sourcing and attracting sales talent, partnering with leadership to define sourcing strategies, utilizing various tools to manage candidate pipelines, researching talent hotspots, crafting outreach messages, maintaining records in the ATS, and acting as a culture ambassador. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition, specifically within sales or GTM roles, and expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition, with a focus on sales or GTM roles
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive communicator and thoughtful problem-solver
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to communicate via video conferencing
Responsibilities
- Source and attract top sales talent, with a focus on AEs and BDRs in high-growth SaaS environments
- Partner directly with the Senior GTM Talent Partner and sales leaders to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategy
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter , Gem , and job boards to build and manage diverse candidate pipelines
- Research talent hotspots (companies, markets, and communities) to identify top performers and centers of excellence
- Craft compelling outreach messaging and deliver a high-touch candidate experience
- Maintain up-to-date records in our ATS (Greenhouse) and support scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting
- Be a culture ambassador by ensuring alignment with SmartAssetโs values and hiring standards
