Summary

Join Fluxon, a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders, as their first Lead Talent Partner in Canada! Lead the full recruitment process for senior technical roles in the USA and Canada, ensuring a people-first culture. You will also maintain compliance with North American employment laws and enhance Fluxon's employer brand through recruitment-marketing initiatives. This remote position, preferably based in Toronto, reports to the Director of Operations. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while collaborating with various teams. Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Have experience working with a globally distributed team
  • Open to recruit for any role like product, engineering, operations etc
  • Think creatively, lead initiatives and ensure an exceptional candidate experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruiting process in the USA and Canada - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring senior technical roles for different organizations such as but not limited to Product Management and Engineering all while keeping our people-first culture in mind!
  • Be the main contact for hiring managers and related teams in the USA and Canada
  • Create recruiting plans that help us grow our candidate pool for current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively search for passive candidates on various job platforms
  • Work in partnership with our teams like interviewing, People ops, and others to create the best candidate-centric experience
  • Keep our recruitment systems (like Greenhouse) organized and up-to-date for easy tracking of key hiring metrics
  • Always be open to gathering and providing feedback to the team to help improve the processes
  • Stay up to date on North American employment laws and ensure we are fully compliant
  • Help with regular audits of our job postings and ensure they are in top shape
  • Help us share our culture with the world
  • Help us enhance our employer brand through recruitment-marketing initiatives
