  • Power user of the recruiting tech stack

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting colleagues to understand talent requirements
  • Identify and map out passive candidates with expertise relevant to Abnormal
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools to inform recruitment strategies
  • Develop and implement innovative messaging strategies to attract passive candidates
  • Act as a trusted guide for candidates while assessing alignment
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Leverage data to align recruitment efforts with business objectives
