Join our growing team at Vetcove and help us transform how veterinarians buy supplies for their patients. As a Talent Sourcer, you'll partner with the recruiting team to define sourcing strategies, attract candidates, and build candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting
• Bachelor's Degree
• Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to operate with a high sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top talent for unique and evergreen roles across all teams and departments
• Partner with the recruiting team to determine best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods
• Analyze sourcing funnel and conversion metrics to provide recommendations on how to increase response and interest rates
• Create creative sourcing strategies
• Help with resume review in our ATS Ashby
