Talent Sourcer Intern in Poland, Norway

Summary

The job is for a Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruitment Intern in either Wroclaw, Poland or Oslo, Norway. The intern will manage the initial stages of recruitment process, interact with potential candidates on various platforms, and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• An education within Human Resources or equivalent field
• Passion and strong interest in the recruitment and talent engagement
• Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing) is a must
• Flexibility and ability to work in changing environment

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github etc)
• Coordinate with our Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position requirements
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Support with other administrative parts of the hiring process such as coordinating interviews and obtaining references

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in recruitment is a strong asset
